Tash S. Van Lieshout

Tash partners with clients to structure, negotiate and close transactions that advance their strategic and business objectives.

Tash’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and a broad range of corporate governance and business matters. She also advises established corporations and emerging growth companies on strategic transactions and ongoing corporate matters. Tash takes a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to guiding clients through every stage of a transaction, helping them navigate complex legal and business issues while balancing strategic priorities with efficient execution. Her clients operate across a variety of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, software, industrials and professional services.

Beyond her client work, Tash is actively involved in firm management and currently serves on the firm’s recruiting and hiring committee.
