Meaghan represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers, in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions. 

Meaghan advises local and national private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers on platform and add-on acquisitions, divestitures, internal reorganizations, and ongoing corporate governance matters across a broad range of industries.

She guides clients through every stage of the transaction process, bringing a pragmatic, business-minded approach to deal execution. Meaghan helps clients identify and manage risk, navigate complex issues efficiently, maintain deal momentum, and structure transactions that align with the client’s strategic objectives.

In addition to her transactional practice, Meaghan is committed to pro bono service and community engagement. She has represented clients seeking asylum, worked on human rights matters, and assisted nonprofit organizations with a variety of legal and governance issues.
