Overview
Jessica focuses her practice on energy law and environmental matters, representing clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation.
Jessica assists clients in navigating complex environmental and regulatory permitting processes before state and federal agencies, as well as with post-permit litigation. She has experience obtaining approvals for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects including wind, solar, thermal and battery storage facilities.
Jessica has also assisted clients with land use and environmental due diligence matters, including title review, drafting property agreements and representation in property-related disputes.
