Finance & Securities Attorney Jordanne Johnston Joins Fredrikson

Attorney Jordanne E. Johnston has joined Fredrikson’s Finance & Securities and Corporate groups in the Minneapolis office.

Johnston represents commercial lenders across the credit spectrum, structuring debt finance transactions secured by real estate, securities, accounts, inventory, aircraft, equipment, intellectual property and other assets. Her practice includes advising clients on complex lending matters such as aviation financing, construction and real estate financing, asset-based lending, lines of credit, letters of credit, mergers and acquisitions, and equipment financing and leasing.

Johnston works closely with clients throughout the course of a transaction, providing strategic counsel grounded in current market conditions and regulatory frameworks.
