Overview

Environmental issues can significantly affect valuation, deal structure, timing and post-closing liability in business and real property transactions. Join us for a webinar that will provide a practical framework for identifying, quantifying and allocating environmental risk, including contamination concerns, regulatory compliance issues, PFAS and other emerging contaminants, and legacy liabilities.

Using real-world examples and transaction-based scenarios, the program will discuss how environmental diligence findings translate into business decisions, contractual protections, indemnities, insurance solutions and risk allocation strategies. Although the presentation will draw on concepts frequently encountered in M&A transactions, it will also address environmental issues arising in broader business and real estate acquisition and disposition transactions.
